FAQ's

A) Each of our services have a highly qualified team member, in respect to their job role. Our dog handlers are all trained professionals. A full bio of each dog handler will be made available within the park.
A) All dogs must be registered and vaccinated. During your first visit we will get to know you and your dog a little and ask you to complete a temperament questionnaire about your dog. If your dog has any behaviours that are deemed unsafe for the park environment we will devise a plan for a safe introduction to the park area. This may involve referral to a specialist behaviourist and we may advise that an indoor park environment at this stage is not the best place for your dog. Remember members also have access to a large outdoor field, which can be used as part of your training plan. Intact dogs and bitches are also welcome however bitches in season are not permitted.
A) We are family friendly and the focus of the park is a fine balance on providing everything your dog requires and providing comfort for humans. Currently we offer no restrictions on visitor numbers per dog, however a maximum of two humans per dog in the arena at any one time and in busy times we may ask that the ratio is 1:1 for safety. There is plenty of seating in our Cafe and viewing area for spectators.
A) There is no limit to the time spent in the park, however your dog will get tired from running around. On average we recommend 20 minutes then break for a rest and toilet break, you are then welcome back into the park.
A) Yes. Children must be closely supervised by an adult at all times. There will be dogs of all sizes running around at high speed. At busier times we may use good judgement and request that children under the age of 14 stay out of the park area. For those with smaller dogs, rules to access the small dogs enclosure area little more relaxed, but still all children need to be supervised by their parent or guardian.
